Refunds & Returns
Effective October 21, 2026
Bravo Technologies, also known as Tech Bravo, provides project-based technical services from Rutherford County, Tennessee. This policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions and the quote, order, or service authorization accepted for your transaction. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights take precedence.
Services and diagnostic work
Diagnostic time, consultation, testing, research, evaluation, and other authorized work are services in their own right. A diagnostic charge is not automatically refundable because a fault is intermittent, a repair is uneconomic, a part is unavailable, further work is declined, or a desired outcome cannot be achieved. This does not remove remedies for defective work, misrepresentation, breach of an express commitment, or an applicable legal right.
Cancellation and deposits
Contact info@techbravo.net promptly if you wish to cancel or reschedule. Subject to law, properly authorized completed work and authorized, nonrecoverable commitments made before cancellation remain payable. A deposit will be accounted for against those amounts, and any refundable unearned balance will be returned. A cancellation, missed-appointment, or similar fixed charge must have been disclosed and agreed; this page does not create an undisclosed penalty.
Parts, physical goods, and custom items
Return eligibility, the condition required, shipping responsibility, special-order or custom-item restrictions, and any restocking charge must be provided for the particular order before purchase. Do not assume a universal 7-day or 30-day change-of-mind return period. Contact us before sending an item so the transaction and appropriate return arrangements can be identified. Manufacturer warranty procedures may be separate from a return request and do not replace a legal obligation owed by the seller.
Problems with supplied work or goods
Describe the issue, identify the transaction, and provide relevant photographs or diagnostic information where useful. Preserve the item and relevant records and allow a reasonable inspection or opportunity to address the problem. Stop using unsafe equipment. Depending on the agreement, facts, and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include correction, reperformance, replacement, or a refund. This process does not shorten a statutory claim period or make a legally required remedy unavailable.
Required cancellation and refund rights
If a transaction qualifies for a legally required cancellation period, prescribed notice, refund, or other remedy, those requirements control. Do not assume that every on-site visit has a cooling-off period, or that no on-site sale has one. We will address the requirements that apply to the transaction. Starting work or paying a deposit does not by itself waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
