Standard: everyday troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
Advanced: specialized instruments, testing, and interpretation.
Specialized: complex controls, integration, and intensive methods.
Initial phone consultation is free. We’ll discuss what you need and whether remote help or an on-site visit makes sense; paid technical work is agreed separately.
Remote: booked 30-minute or 1-hour sessions.
Approved add-on time; no separate minimum.
In-shop and on-site: 1-hour minimum.
Diagnostic tools included in the agreed level.
Parts and materials additional.
Laser cleaning / production work: project quoted.
TRAVEL
Up to 15 road miles: included.
Over 15 through 50 road miles: $100/hour round trip, less the first 15 minutes each way.
Over 50 road miles: individually quoted.
Service-area distances are measured one way by road from the Geographic Center of Tennessee landmark on Old Lascassas Road in Murfreesboro. Travel is confirmed before booking and is separate from the labor minimum.
Example: 30 minutes each way for a site over 15 and up to 50 road miles away = $50 travel.
