Remote Control: Service and Repair

Replacement

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the driver airbag module(A). .




3. Remove the audio remote control switch (A) after removing the steering wheel remote control switch connector and 2 screws.




4. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Inspection

1. Check for resistance between No.2 and No.3 terminals in each switch position.
